AP Care Homes was established in 2022 with an aim to provide an enjoyable and stable childhood and adolescence to all our children young people. We aim to do that by providing opportunities to develop physically, emotionally, educationally, spiritually, socially and morally.
We want our children and young people to be able to build relationships with staff based on trust and mutual respect. We strive to promote an environment where our young people can live knowing they will not be judged, marginalised, labelled, stereotyped or discriminated against. Rather they will be nurtured, supported,listened to, consulted with and have appropriate boundaries set.
We are a therapeutic care home offering educational support and in-house therapies such as the following:

Help our young people find their path in life
We aim to give our Young People the tools to thrive and excel in their future endeavours by giving them the confidence to put aside their past hurdles for brighter futures. The key aim is to provide a stepping stone for them to achieve their future goals through signposting, support and meeting key social and educational needs.
Commit to deliver outstanding provisions
We aim to deliver Ofsted Outstanding provisions throughout our company. Striving for excellence through innovation, constant development and a passion for bettering ourselves. We are always looking for new ways to exceed the standards laid out in the Children’s Home Regulations while providing the safest environment for our Young People to learn and grow.
Develop our staff into residential leaders of tomorrow
We aim to develop the next generation of residential leaders through the fostering of an ever-learning environment where personalised training plans, mentorship programmes and learning led supervisions are at the forefront of our practice. We will use all the tools at our disposal to develop all of our staff into thoughtful, reflective and child-focused practitioners, carers and leaders.
Create warm, modern & welcoming homes
We aim to provide our young people with warm, modern and welcoming homes. We will do this through the purchasing and refurbishment of suitable properties, using high quality furnishings and fittings and most importantly, having our managers, staff and young people have their say in the decoration of the home. With a personal touch in decorations and furnishings comes a pride of place.
Raise the standard of children’s homes
We aim to raise the standard of Children’s Homes through a three-pronged approach that encompasses pro-active and reflective learning, innovation and the constant pursuit for the best possible outcomes. By utilising all of the tools at our disposal, we can help raise the standards within our own homes and become a model for Children’s Homes of the future.

As a Children’s Care provider, safeguarding is our number one priority. The safeguarding of our young people is paramount to their development. Every decision we make within AP Care Homes Limited starts and ends with the impact on our Young Peoples safety and well-being.
Place of learning
At AP Care Homes Limited, we foster a ‘Grow from within’ mentality. This stretches from recruitment to operations and practice and to our Young People. We aim to give everyone within our ‘Family’ the opportunity to be the best they can be. Whether this be through group or individual training, reflective practice, personal mentoring or any form of education. We can supply the tools needed to succeed

As the provider of care to our children and Young People, we are their guardians and in most senses of the word, their family. We are committed to giving them the best opportunities we can.
